RUUFE AFFILIATE PROGRAM USE POLICY

 

1. Purpose of the program

The RUUFE Affiliate Program is intended for affiliates to recommend the platform to new customers, generating new sales for the company through content, recommendations, and organic promotion.

The program is not designed to generate personal discounts, self-purchases, accumulation of benefits, or reuse of codes, but for the acquisition of new customers.

2. Use of the affiliate code

In accordance with the terms of the program, the affiliate code:

• Applies only to new customers.
• May only be used once per person.
• May only be used on the first valid purchase.
• May not be used by recurring customers.
• May not be used by the same affiliate for their own purchases.
• May not be used through multiple accounts, emails, addresses, or payment methods to reuse the benefit.

According to the official program document, the code may only be used one single time per person, customer, household, account, payment method, or shipping address, and RUUFE may invalidate discounts and commissions when it detects misuse or abuse of the system.

3. Prohibited practices (VERY IMPORTANT)

Any of the following practices shall be considered misuse of the program:

• Using the affiliate code for personal purchases.
• Creating multiple accounts to use the code several times.
• Changing email addresses to use the discount again.
• Changing names or addresses to reuse benefits.
• Accumulating points through multiple accounts.
• Transferring points between accounts.
• Using affiliate benefits and the points program at the same time in an abusive manner.
• Making purchases with the sole purpose of generating one’s own commissions.
• Sharing the code with people who have already purchased from RUUFE.
• Creating fake orders to generate commissions or points.
• Manipulating the rewards or referral system.
• Any practice intended to obtain economic benefits from the system without generating real new customers.

This is considered system abuse, program manipulation, or benefits fraud.

4. Points and rewards program

The points program is designed for customer loyalty, not to generate profit through artificial accumulation.

Therefore:

• Points are personal and non-transferable.
• Points may not be accumulated through multiple accounts.
• Creating additional accounts to accumulate points is not allowed.
• Combining affiliate codes and strategies to generate systematic discounts is not allowed.
• RUUFE may adjust, remove, or cancel points when it detects misuse.

5. Audit and monitoring

RUUFE reserves the right to:

• Audit accounts.
• Review IP addresses.
• Review payment methods.
• Review shipping addresses.
• Review purchase patterns.
• Link accounts to each other.
• Analyze code and points usage behavior.
• Invalidate commissions or benefits.

This is already contemplated in the document where RUUFE may audit traffic, attribution, and affiliate behavior.

6. Sanctions for misuse

The company reserves the right to cancel, void, deduct, or remove points in the event it detects misuse, fraud, system manipulation, or any suspicious activity related to the accumulation, obtaining, or use of points, benefits, discounts, affiliate codes, rewards, or balances associated with the account.

Misuse shall be considered, including but not limited to:

• The creation or use of multiple accounts.
• The use of different email addresses to obtain repeated benefits.
• The reuse of affiliate codes in personal or related purchases.
• The manipulation of addresses, payment methods, names, or other data in order to extend benefits in an unauthorized manner.
• The artificial accumulation of points or benefits.
• Any practice aimed at improperly profiting from RUUFE’s promotional, loyalty, or affiliate programs.

If any of these behaviors are detected, RUUFE may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Adjust the points balance to zero (0).
• Cancel, void, or remove accumulated points.
• Temporarily or permanently disable participation in the points program or affiliate program.
• Invalidate discounts, benefits, commissions, rewards, or promotions obtained improperly.
• Cancel any existing account credit balance, which shall be immediately voided and may not be used, transferred, claimed, or redeemed under any circumstance.
• Withhold or cancel pending payments, commissions, or benefits.
• Suspend or block related accounts.
• Cancel orders associated with suspicious or fraudulent practices.

The determination of the existence of misuse, fraud, abuse, manipulation, or suspicious activity shall be made exclusively by RUUFE, based on its internal validation, audit, and monitoring processes.

 

REITERATIVE NOTE: The affiliate may not use their own affiliate code for personal purchases, purchases by family members, close friends, people from the same household, or related accounts. If this practice is detected, it shall be considered misuse of the program.

7. Fundamental principle of the program

The affiliate program exists to:

Bring new customers to RUUFE, not for the affiliate to purchase with a discount nor to generate earnings through the use of system benefits.

If the affiliate purchases from RUUFE, they do so as a regular customer, not as an affiliate.

 

 

8. Acceptance of the policy

Remaining in the RUUFE Affiliate Program implies:

• Having read this policy.
• Accepting these conditions.
• Complying with the program rules.
• Accepting audits.
• Accepting sanctions in case of non-compliance.
