All orders placed through ruufe.com will take approximately 1-3 business days to be processed and/or dispatched.
If a product is not available in inventory, we will contact you to arrange an exchange. Wholesale purchase times through WhatsApp do not apply under these timelines.
- United States: 3-8 business days after dispatch
- International: 8-15 business days depending on the country
- Estimated delivery dates are met as long as the package is not held by Customs.
- Customs processes are completely external to RUUFE and may cause unexpected delays.
- Once dispatched, any hold by Customs or the carrier is outside our control and responsibility.
- RUUFE dispatches orders within the established timeframes; final delivery depends exclusively on the carrier and the customs authorities of the destination country.
If the customer does not wish to wait any longer due to delays caused by processes outside RUUFE, we may proceed with a refund of the amount paid for the products, as long as the package has not been delivered.
- We are not responsible if a package was stolen on your property or could not be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect information.
- We are also not responsible if no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
- Remember to enter the correct shipping details when making your payment.
Contact us immediately through any of these channels:
- FedEx / DHL service is door-to-door: the package may be left at the recipient’s door without requiring personal handoff.
- RUUFE is not responsible if FedEx or DHL does not register a photo at the time of delivery.
- Any address change after dispatch generates an additional cost to be paid by the customer.
- If the carrier requires a signature and no one is available to receive the package, they will leave a tag indicating the next delivery attempt.
Contact us before shipping to request it. Once dispatched, it is not possible to add it without an additional cost.
