If you cancel the order at any time before we have shipped it, 100% of the amount will be refunded within 2-3 business days.
RUUFE takes the utmost care to ensure that your package is shipped and delivered in perfect condition. In the rare event that a shipment has been damaged during transit, RUUFE will gladly replace the damaged item, upon receipt of photos of the damage.
If the item is no longer in stock, we will send you an agreed alternative of equal or greater value.
Our policy covers a period of 7 days from the successful delivery of the order.
- We do not accept returns of products once they have been delivered in perfect condition. If the product arrived in poor condition or does not match what was requested, write to us at soporte@ruufe.com indicating your order or invoice number.
- Returns and payments are processed within 24-48 hours after contacting our team.
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method (card, PayPal, Afterpay).
- There are no restocking or processing fees.
- If RUUFE determines that the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, there will be no additional shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, product relevance, or other reasons not attributable to RUUFE, outbound shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer must cover the return shipping costs.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to the recipient, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be sent by mail.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give later, the refund will go to the person who made the purchase, who will be notified of the return.
- Delivery times for exchange items may vary depending on your location.
- If you ship an item worth more than USD $75, consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
RUUFE operates exclusively as a digital sales channel and does not assume responsibility for delays, damage, or adverse package conditions caused by third parties (carriers). If a product arrives in poor condition or presents risks, we invite you to contact the carrier directly to manage the corresponding claim.
