Terms, Privacy and Legal Notice – RUUFE

1) Introduction and General Acceptance
This single document (the “Terms”) governs the use of the RUUFE gaming application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2) Eligibility and Account

Minimum age: 13 years old.

Minors under 18: must have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide truthful information during registration and maintain the security of your credentials.
-
We may suspend or close accounts for breach, fraud, impersonation, multiple accounts, cheating or bots.
3) License of Use and Intellectual Property

RUUFE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to use the App for personal and entertainment purposes.

All content (software, code, graphics, trademarks, databases) is the property of RUUFE or its licensors.

Prohibited: reverse engineering, decompilation, data extraction, unauthorized commercial use or exploitation of the content.
4) User Conduct
The following is prohibited:
a) Manipulating results, using cheats, exploits, automation or bots.
b) Harassment, offensive language, fraud, doxxing or illegal conduct.
c) Creating multiple accounts to obtain advantages.
RUUFE may disqualify you, withdraw prizes and/or suspend your account if you breach these rules.
5) Sponsorship and Service Availability

The service is sponsored and Operated by Goama.

Interruptions, failures or unavailability attributable to the infrastructure of Goama or third parties shall not be the responsibility of RUUFE.

RUUFE may modify, suspend or cancel features without prior notice.
6) Tournaments, Specific Rules and Participation

The App organizes tournaments with rankings. Each tournament will have its own rules and limitations.

RUUFE does not guarantee that all users will be able to participate in all tournaments (due to capacity, technical, legal or geographic restrictions).

RUUFE may disqualify participants who breach rules or use improper means.
Tiebreakers:
In the event of a tie in score, the tiebreaker will be based on:

The time used to reach the score.

If the tie persists, the player who first reached that score will win.

7) Prizes (Nature, Eligibility and Delivery)
Nature of the Prizes
-
Prizes may consist of physical products shipped by RUUFE or benefits available through our website.

All prizes are strictly non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or for other goods or services other than those offered.
Eligibility
-
Prizes will only be delivered to users whose participation is valid and in accordance with the tournament rules.
-
A prize may only be awarded if it is available for delivery in the winner’s country.
-
If the prize is not available for shipping to a specific country, the participant will not be eligible to win it.
Delivery and Notification
-
Prizes will be delivered once the tournament has ended.
-
Winners will be notified by email within 7 days following the end of the tournament.
-
The winner must claim their prize within a maximum period of 7 days from the sending of the notification email.
-
If the winner does not claim within the established period, or if they breach the tournament conditions, they will automatically lose the right to the prize without any compensation.
Responsibility in Delivery
-
For physical prizes, RUUFE’s responsibility is limited to the shipment of the prize to the address provided by the winner.

Delays, losses or damages attributable to carriers or external agents are not the responsibility of RUUFE.
8) Gambling Exemption (Skill-Based / No Gambling)

The App is not a betting, gambling, sweepstakes or raffle platform.
-
Tournament results are based on the player’s skill and performance, not on chance.
-
No payments, deposits, entry fees are accepted, nor are cash prizes offered.
-
Any regulatory classification or label shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA.
9) Tournament Modifications and Cancellations
-
We may modify, suspend or cancel tournaments due to maintenance, security, fraud, low participation, force majeure or regulatory requirements.
-
If a tournament is cancelled before concluding, RUUFE may: (i) not award prizes; or (ii) award alternative non-monetary recognitions at its discretion.
10) Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without express or implied warranties.
-
RUUFE does not guarantee compatibility with all devices, systems or operators, nor error-free or uninterrupted continuity.
-
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RUUFE shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, punitive damages, lost profits, loss of data or reputation, nor for interruptions attributable to Goama or third parties.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in such case, RUUFE’s liability shall be limited to the maximum permitted by Florida law.
11) Privacy (Minimum Data and Use)
Data we collect (only what is strictly necessary):

Registration data that you provide (e.g., username and/or email address if applicable).

Cache/local storage strictly to maintain session.
We do not collect geolocation, microphone, camera, contacts, financial data or any additional information other than the above.
Purposes:

Operate the App, maintain your session, administer tournaments/rankings, contact winners, prevent fraud and cheating.
Sharing:
-
We do not sell your data. We may share with Goama (sponsor/infrastructure) and technology providers necessary to operate the App, and with authorities if required by law.
Security and Retention:

Reasonable measures (encryption, access controls, firewall).
-
We retain data for the time necessary for the stated purposes and legal obligations; afterwards, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights:

You may request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to Soporte@ruufe.com.

Please note that deleting essential data may prevent the use of the App or the delivery of pending prizes.
12) Publicity Rights (Winners)
By accepting a prize, you authorize RUUFE to use your username, avatar and position in the ranking for announcements, winner lists and promotional materials, without additional compensation, in accordance with applicable law.
13) Legal Compliance and Third-Party Rules
You must comply with applicable law and the rules of any platform from which you access the App. Access may be restricted by country, app store or local regulations.
14) Dispute Resolution; Applicable Law; Class Action Waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, State of Florida.

Binding arbitration in Florida (Miami-Dade County) for disputes arising from the App or these Terms, under the rules of a recognized institution (e.g., AAA). The parties waive trial by jury.

Class action waiver: claims shall be brought only on an individual basis.
15) Force Majeure
RUUFE shall not be responsible for delays or failures due to causes beyond its reasonable control (e.g., third-party failures, disasters, labor disputes, governmental acts, network outages, cyberattacks).
16) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the update implies acceptance.
17) Severability; No Waiver; Assignment; Entire Agreement

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Failure to enforce a right does not imply future waiver.
-
You may assign your rights only with RUUFE’s written consent; RUUFE may assign this Agreement.
-
This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and RUUFE regarding the App.
18) REGISTRATION
To be considered eligible as a winner, you must be previously registered in the RUUFE App before participating in any tournament or game attempt that awards prizes.
Attempts made without valid prior registration will not be counted in the rankings nor considered for prize allocation, even if the system reflects a score or participation.
Registration must contain truthful and verifiable information. Any discrepancy, falsehood or use of multiple identities may invalidate participation and disqualify the user from future competitions.
