The points program is a benefit granted by the company with the objective of rewarding the loyalty of our customers. Customers may accumulate points for purchases made and other promotional activities defined by the company.
Customers will accumulate points for purchases made in the store.
The number of points granted per purchase will be defined by the company and may vary according to promotions, special campaigns, events, or changes to the program.
Points will be credited once the order has been completed and there are no returns, cancellations, or chargebacks associated with the purchase.
Points may be redeemed for discount coupons according to the rewards table in effect at the time of redemption.
Points are not cash, are not transferable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for money.
Points may only be used for purchases made within the store and under the conditions established by the company.
Points may have an expiration date defined by the company.
Once expired, points will be automatically removed and cannot be recovered.
If an order is canceled, refunded, or has a chargeback, the points generated by that purchase will be deducted from the customer's account.
If points were used in a purchase that is later canceled, the points may be reinstated as applicable.
The company may modify the points program at any time, including but not limited to:
- The method of accumulating points
- The number of points required to redeem rewards
- The validity of points
- The available rewards
- The conditions of use of the program
Changes may be made without prior notice and will become effective from the moment of their publication or update.
The points program has recently been updated with the objective of maintaining the sustainability of the program, improving the customer experience, and continuing to offer long-term benefits.
Previously accumulated points will remain valid, but will be subject to the new redemption table in effect.
The accumulation and use of points implies acceptance of this policy and its conditions.
