The points program is a benefit granted by the company with the goal of rewarding our customers' loyalty. Customers can earn points through purchases made and other promotional activities defined by the company.
Customers will earn points for purchases made in the store.
The number of points awarded per purchase will be determined by the company and may vary based on promotions, special campaigns, events, or changes to the program.
Points will be credited once an order has been completed, and no returns, cancellations, or chargebacks associated with the purchase are allowed.
Points may be redeemed for discount coupons according to the rewards table in effect at the time of redemption.
Points are not cash, are not transferable, and may not be sold or exchanged for money.
Points may only be used on purchases made within the store and under the conditions established by the company.
Points will be valid for 2 months, counted from the date they are credited to the customer's account.
Once this period has elapsed without the points being redeemed, they will expire and be automatically removed, with no possibility of recovery.
If an order is cancelled, refunded, or subject to a chargeback, the points generated by that purchase will be deducted from the customer's account.
If points were used on a purchase that is later cancelled, the points may be reinstated as applicable.
The company may modify the points program at any time, including but not limited to:
- The way points are earned
- The number of points required to redeem rewards
- The validity period of points
- The rewards available
- The terms of use of the program
Changes may be made without prior notice and will take effect from the moment they are published or updated.
The points program has recently been updated in order to maintain the program's sustainability, improve the customer experience, and continue offering long-term benefits.
Previously accumulated points will remain valid, but will be subject to the new redemption table in effect.
Earning and using points implies acceptance of this policy and its terms.
