El servicio al cliente fue excelente hasta el momento de despacho del pedido, desafortunadamente este nunca llegó, y no existió un seguro que amparara mi compra, DHL le cumplió a RUUFE supuestamente entregando el pedido según mis especificaciones, más no a mí, en este caso es mi palabra contra la de la transportadora.
Lastimosamente no volveré a comprar por esta página, prefiero comprar en otras plataformas aunque sea más costoso, pero responden en caso de pérdida o robo del envío.

Me llegó el producto pero no lo que pedi
Pague y pedí una keratina de 250 ml y me a llegado una de 120 ml, escribí a su número de whattsap en Colombia pero no recibo respuesta ?
Natali, ya mismo te contactamos para resolver esto. Ten presente que debido a las altas solicitudes por whatsapp, siempre nos demoramos entre 30 minutos a una hora en responder pero siempre respondemos.
