Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the order anytime before we have despatched it, you will be refunded within 2-3 business days. We are unable to cancel if the order is 24 hours away from delivery, on board for delivery, or custom made. Shipping Damage Refund Policy

Ruufe take the upmost care to ensure your package is received in perfect condition and is exactly what you ordered. In the rare situation a consignment has been damaged in transit, Ruufe will gladly replace the damaged item, upon receipt of photos of the damage. If we no longer have this item in stock we will send an agreed alternative of equal or greater value.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since successful delivery, and you have not notified any damaged or opened packages, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Returns & Exchanges Procedure 

- In the circumstance that you need to return or exchange an item please email support@ruufe.com and we will take care of this for you. Please reference your order number or invoice number in all correspondence.

- Returns and payment will be processed within 24-48 hours after making contact with our friendly rep. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (card, Paypal, Afterpay).

- There is no re-stocking or processing fee.

- If Ruufe deems the product to be damaged, faulty or the wrong item then there will be no additional shipping charges.

- If the reason for returning the item is due to change of mind, the product is no longer relevant or there is insufficient evidence suggesting Ruufe is at fault, then outward shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer/recipient is required to cover costs of return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
